Resetting a Test/Assignment for a Student
There may be various reasons why you would want to reset a Test/Assignment submitted by a student so that the Test/Assignment can be re-attempted without increasing the existing number of attempts or creating a separate Test/Assignment for the affected students. Most common scenarios can be corrupt file submission, client computer crashing during the exam, or even, submitting the exam without answering the questions!
To reset a particular Test/Assignment for one or more student, pull up the Grade Center from the navigation menu on the left hand side of your screen. You can either click on the Full Grade Center, where it will show you every single grade related column, or you can select Tests or Assignments to pull only the relevant columns in the grade center - whichever is relevant.

We require that you go over your course shell, examine the files and contents and remove unnecessary items/files/contents. This cleanup stage is vital to a successful course conversion. If your course is over 150 MB in size, your migration will fail.

Q.1 I do not see my classes listed. What should I do?
BlackBoard CE8 is fully integrated with the Datatel Colleague system that holds the registration information. As long as you are listed as the instructor for a particular section in the registration system, your course will automatically populate in BlackBoard CE8. In other words, if you are listed as the instructor for a particular section, you will be enrolled as an Instructor/Designer in BlackBoard CE8 system as well.
