Setting course availability for students
By default, as a security measure, blackboard 9.1 will set all of your courses as unavailable to the enrolled students [Students will see the course listed in their list, but the link will be inactive therefore they will not be able to get in to the course]. Once you are comfortable to allow students in your course, you must follow the process described below to make the course available to your students.

If it is listed as "unavailable", log in to the course and scroll down to the Course Management section of your course homepage and click on "Customization."
Launching Blackboard 9.1
Blackboard Learn Release 9.1 Pilot Program has now officially ended and is now ready to be rolled out campuswide. We thank the faculty and students who participated in the Pilot Program and provided valuable feedback. Blackboard CE8 system will be decommissioned after Spring 2013 - therefore it is very important that all faculty who are currently using Blackboard CE8 system start migrating to Blackboard Learn 9.1 System.
