Academic advisement will be provided by the student’s faculty advisor. Personal Support Being an online student does not mean going it alone. Our low faculty to student ratio coupled with support staff are there to guide you through your coursework. Peer to peer interaction plus all of the support services available to you at Kean University ensure that your experience is well-rounded. Library Kean Digital Collections feature a variety of material from the Kean University Library, Kean University Faculty and Departments, and organizations that have participated in partner projects with the Kean University Library. Kean Online students have full access to the Nancy Thompson Library Digital Collection. Kean Student ID Kean ID Cards are issued to all active, registered students, faculty and staff and are the official Kean University Identification Card. Kean Online students may elect to have an ID for student discounts or identification purposes. If you wish to receive a Kean ID, you must come to campus.
